Internship Academic Young Programs
Aufgaben:
- You will support us in designing the dual study and trainee program as well as our talent development program "TalentHub"
- You support and accompany us in the onboarding of young talents
- You work with us to develop concepts and events for the various products and implement them together with us
- You independently carry out benchmark analyses and research activities
- You support us in administrative activities such as the creation of guidelines, creation of certificates, maintenance of Microsoft Teams channels and overviews
- You keep an eye on deadlines and are in direct contact with the target group
- You support us in the placement process after completion of the respective program

Qualifikationen:
- HR
- To complete an internship at our company, you should be in your final semester of a Bachelor's/Master's degree program at the time of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or in your Gap Year.
- Your study background is in the fields of economics, (business) psychology, human resources, social sciences or similar
- You have preferably already gained some practical experience through internships/part-time work
- You are confident with the common MS Office products, especially Excel
- You have a very good command of English and German
