Working Student (f/m/d) Innovation Management / Business Accelerator Program
Aufgaben:
- As part of the XCell Innovation team you help us to build up and launch an innovation acceleration and incubation program
- You create and update supporting documentation for ongoing projects
- You summarize your findings concisely and prepare impactful reports
- Additionally, you support the planning and execution of internal and external events
- Furthermore, you carry out literature research and turn your insights into valuable input for the team
Qualifikationen:
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Energy Engineering, Computer Science, International Business Administration, or a related field
- You have a strong interest in innovation management and business strategy & development
- Ideally, you have initial experience in AI/Data Science or a keen interest in innovative technologies
- You are characterized by a structured, goal-oriented, and agile way of working
- You are communicative, curious, and team-oriented
- You have strong communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken
