Aufgaben:
- The Correspondent Banking Germany team is responsible for the relationship with banks and other financial institutions for cash/clearing, trade finance and working capital businesses, with the following main activities:
- Sales/origination of new business - through Global Sales team
- Service tasks on trade finance, including pricing and transaction approval- through the Client Management team
- Service tasks on FI clearing, including customer service and sales support - through the Cash & Clearing team
- Portfolio management of the trade finance assets, including buying and selling transactions on the secondary market - through the Risk & Portfolio Optimization team
- Involvement in project activities (e.g. set up, development and maintenance of steering dashboard)
- Preparation of market analysis and trend reports for the team or management
- Support of monitoring and reporting activities
- Maintenance of database of trade finance information
- Preparation of marketing material for banks and corporate customers
Qualifikationen:
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite, especially Excel and Power Point - further technical proficiency is preferrable
- Ability to take over complex tasks and project activities to be organized with a significant degree of autonomy
- Proactive attitude, curiosity, willingness to learn and ability to interact with the team and other stakeholders
- Fluency in English language (oral and written) - ability to communicate in German and/or other languages is beneficial
- Knowledge/understanding of cash or trade finance business is beneficial
