To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated intern (m/f/d) with enthusiasm for IT and HR.
From marketing through flight safety to technical service - every position makes a decisive contribution to our joint success and makes a significant difference!
Aufgaben:
- You support the development, implementation and optimization of HR systems and tools
- You support the definition of the target image and vision for the use of HR tools and the use of HR data
- You support the creation of reports and analyses in order to make well-founded decisions based on HR data
- You create and maintain documentation on existing HR processes to lay the foundations for digitalization
- You work closely with HR colleagues and other departments
- You work on the collection, cleansing and structuring of HR data to ensure better data quality
- You work on low-code development projects (e.g. with MS Power Platform and MS 365) to automate HR processes
- You support the evaluation of current HR systems and identify potential for improvement
Qualifikationen:
- HR
- You are currently enrolled at a university / university of applied sciences in areas such as business informatics, computer science, business administration with a focus on digitization or a comparable course of study
- You are enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment must be enclosed with the application)
- You have a quick grasp and like to familiarize yourself with new topics
- You have initial experience with low-code development (MS Power platform)
- Basic knowledge or interest in SAP HR solutions complement your profile
- You are a team player and enjoy working together to develop solutions
- You are experienced in using MS Office applications and have advanced Excel skills
- You are characterized by strong communication skills, reliability and initiative
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
- You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
