Working Student (f/m/d) in Global Customer Care
Aufgaben:
- You actively support in the maintenance and extension of the knowledge database (FAQs)
- You trigger the selection of content for technical videos and cooperate with the marketing department to get them done
- You collaborate in the pre-analysis of customer inquiries and become active during the building of test setups
- You work closely with the team to test the customer support applied AI implementations
- You further investigate whether and how existing data and documents can be utilized for digitalization
- Together with the customer support team, you propose new technologies for effectively solving customer problems in the future
- You also participate in knowledge exchange within the customer support team and with experts
- You're excited to build on your existing expertise, including
Qualifikationen:
- You are currently studying at a German University in the area of electrical engineering, or a related field
- You understand electrical engineering principles, power systems and protection schemes.
- You have IT skills and basic knowledge in software programming (for example: Power BI, Python; MS Dynamics would be an advantage)
- Basic knowledge in the field of artificial intelligence and its use cases would be an advantage
- You are a communicative team player who finds it easy to support colleagues and work together
- You show passion in working for a team in a large corporate environment, including the hands-on support of the team and the office
- Your written and oral English and German skills are business-fluent
