Aufgaben:
- As global IT Strategy department of Siemens Healthineers we enable future driven our business lines so that they in turn deliver value to healthcare customers world wide
- You will be an active team member of the Digital Transformation
- We create meaningful outcomes with small digitalization projects of all kinds often using the MS Power Platform or other Low Code tools
- You would e.g. take over tasks in creating, maintaining and optimizing a small application in the field of low code
- Furthermore we have citizen developer meetings where you would become an active member and also support with your experience e.g. events and get togethers
Qualifikationen:
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degrees in business informatics, computer science, business administration, economics, mathematics, physics, or a comparable field of study
- You are at least for 12 months available
- You are proficient in working with MS Office tools (esp. Outlook, Excel, PPT, and Low Code tools.)
- Especially first experience in MS Power Platform would be a win. Extending this we have a network of professionals, coworkers and courses to further develop your skills so that you can grow quickly
- You have knowledge or interest in the areas of Citizen Development, Platforms, RPA, AI, change and innovation management (Take a look at the Gartner Hype Cycle)
- An excellent command of written and spoken English is required, German skills would be an asset
- You are driven, motivated, bring in your own ideas
- You take ownership of your tasks and can also work independently
- You value teamwork and transparency (we are one family and therefore support each other)
- You have passion for technology
- You have «get things done» mentality
- Last but not least: You have analytical and presentation skills
