Working Student (f/m/d) Siemens AI Lab
Über uns:

The Siemens AI Lab is a collaborative, interdisciplinary platform with the purpose to facilitate AI-driven transformation at Siemens and our customers. Together with AI experts and in co-creation with our partners, we identify, prioritize and validate industrial use cases, and anticipate the implications of AI on people & society. Located in Munich, we provide room for trusted interactions with our AI ecosystem through workshops, trainings and open events.
Aufgaben:
- Support the implementation of strategies to connect with internal and external stakeholders
- Help organize workshops, events, and collaboration sessions with customers, internal stakeholders and other partners such as start-ups or academic institutions
- Monitor and report on engagement activities using our CRM tooling (Hubspot) and processes
- Assist with day-to-day tasks to ensure operational excellence at the AI Lab
- Manage logistics, schedules, and resources for various lab activities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and workflows
- Help building and maintaining a vibrant community of AI enthusiasts, researchers and practitioners at Siemens and beyond

- If you are a true team player, an analytical & curious mind with a genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence, we are looking forward to your application!
- Student in at least the third semester with prior internships in a related field
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, fluent in German and English
- Eager to learn more with a «can-do« attitude and entrepreneurial mindset, independent, dedicated and solution-oriented work approach
- Motivation to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
- Excellent MS Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and solid experience with GenAI tools
- Available for a full-time internship lasting 3+ months, or a part-time working student position for 6+ months
