Working student - Global P&O Business Partner Team
Aufgaben:
- You grow through your support of global projects and strategic HR issues, including succession planning for key functions and global talent management
- You will gain insights into various innovative P&O topics as well as into the development of strategic concepts and communication measures.
- You will also support us in our day-to-day business, for example in the preparation of management presentations or in the accompanying of personnel development programs
- You independently take on a wide variety of analysis and reporting tasks and you will be responsible for revising and rectifying PowerBI dashboards
- Within this framework, you will contribute independently to the new and further development of individual initiatives and prototypes
- You will also support our team with administrative tasks, which you will coordinate independently and optimize using collaboration tools
- You master your daily work routine skillfully and diplomatically, mainly in English
Qualifikationen:
- You are welcome to join us if you are studying Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or similar in an advanced semester
- You are looking for personal responsibility and independence in your work as a student and you know what "flexibility" means in the daily work routine
- You enjoy varied tasks and changing counterparts, and proactively approach different stakeholders
- You contribute creative ideas, work in a structured and self-organized way, and show a hands-on mentality
- You score with your strong interest in international HR work and your first practical experience (preferably in HR)
- You are experienced with PowerPoint and Excel, have an affinity for data, digital tools and media and ideally also have some experience in creating and editing videos
- Ideally, you are familiar with the use of dashboards in PowerBI and AI/LLMs
