Intern Retail Concepts Focus Sustainability (f/m/x)

Aufgaben:
- Support our team in the development and implementation of analyses and concepts, as well as in the preparation of presenting their content.
- Help to further develop concepts and substantiate them with valid background information.
- Analyze data from our central dealer database and derive important insights, e.g. about the sustainability performance of our global dealer network.
- Test existing processes and tools, derive proposals for their improvement, and actively drive their implementation.
- Work in an interdisciplinary and international team, be in exchange with contact persons from the BMW Group and the global sales organization and help shape the retail of the future.
- Sustainability and emobility will be your focus areas.
Qualifikationen:
- University degree in economics, business administration, industrial engineering, sustainability management, business informatics or a comparable field of study in the second half diploma/bachelor's degree or master's degree.
- First practical experience in the areas of sales, sustainability and/or project management is desirable.
- Strong interest in topics such as sustainability, mobility, electrification and the automotive industry.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- IT-Affinity, interest in AI and analytical thinking.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Good communication and teamwork skills as well as organizational talent.
