Working Student (f/m/d) Diversity, Learning & Transformation
Aufgaben:
- Co-develop and implement forward-thinking concepts in talent management and DEI
- Conduct engaging research on current trends and best practices
- Design creative presentations and interactive workshops
- Conceptualize and bring to life hybrid and virtual events
- Create compelling newsletters and blog posts
- Independently coordinate and implement administrative tasks
Qualifikationen:
- You are an enrolled student (minimum 3rd semester) in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Communications, or a similar field
- Experience & Skills
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with graphic design or video editing tools is a plus
- You are a creative thinker with strong communication skills and a structured organizational talent
- Ideally, you have gained initial practical experience through working student positions or internships, preferably in larger consulting companies

- You are fluent in both German and English
